- Take the tour— Starts the interactive walkthrough of the officer desk.
- Dismiss— Hides the “Take the tour” banner without starting the tour.
- Save settings— Applies changes made anywhere on the Settings page.
- Background theme swatch— Picks a background image for your club's public homepage hero.
- Upload logo— Uploads an image to use as your club's logo, positioned with the preview sliders.
- Plan choice— Selects which membership plan you're joining on.
- Join club— Submits the Join form, creating your membership.
- Save name— Updates your display name, shown to club officers and on your account.
- Change password— Updates your account password.
- Sign out— Signs you out of your account on every club.

- Theme cards— Picks a ready-made look — artwork, accent color, and background together.

- Color swatches— Picks the exact accent (buttons, links) or background color for your site.
- Use theme color— Resets a manually-picked color back to the theme's default.
- Flat color— Switches your hero banner between a plain color and your theme's artwork.
- Desktop preview— Switches the live banner preview between a desktop and phone width.
- Email code— Switches the sign-in form between a password and a one-time email code.
- Sign in— Signs you in with your email and password.
- Email me a code— Sends a one-time 6-digit sign-in code to your email.
- Verify & sign in— Signs you in using the 6-digit code emailed to you.
- Create account— Creates your My Archery Club account.
- Send reset code— Emails a 6-digit code to start resetting your password.
- Set new password— Sets a new password using the emailed reset code.

- Add member— Adds someone to the roster directly, without them signing up themselves.
- Save— Applies a role change (member, officer, admin, owner) picked from the dropdown in a member's row.
- Add plan— Creates a new membership plan from the name, price, period, description, and benefits fields above it.
- Pay dues now— Opens a secure checkout to pay outstanding dues, when the club takes cards.

- Create event— Publishes a new one-day shoot from the “Create a shoot” form.
- Start league— Publishes a new multi-week league, generating its full week schedule from the “Start a league” form.
- Scores & standings— Opens a specific event's admin desk, where you register shooters and enter scores.
- Cancel— Marks an event cancelled — reversible, and everything else about it stays intact.
- Save— Applies a rename or an active/inactive change to one competition class.
- Add class— Adds a new competition class to your club's master list.
- Show on the My Archery Club calendar— Controls whether a public event also appears on the sitewide calendar shared by every club.
- Take a photo— Opens your device's camera to capture a sample scorecard for the AI reader to test.
- Choose from library— Picks a saved photo of a scorecard for the AI reader to test, instead of taking a new one.
- Test selected cards— Sends the sample scorecard photos to the AI reader and shows what it reads back.
- Save classes— Updates which competition classes this specific event offers.
- Register— Adds a walk-up shooter to this event's roster directly.
- Final total— Switches score entry between typing one total and entering every arrow individually.
- Save scorecard— Records a shooter's score for a one-day shoot.
- Save— Applies a rescheduled date, or a Skip change, for one week of a league.
- Skip— Marks a week as not happened, so it doesn't count against anyone's standings.
- Save week score— Records a shooter's score for one specific week of a league.
- Final total— Switches your practice-round log between one total and an arrow-by-arrow grid.
- Save practice round— Logs a practice round from the Final total field.
- Save progress— Saves a partially-entered arrow-by-arrow practice round as a draft.
- Finish round— Completes an arrow-by-arrow practice round once every arrow is filled in.
- Register— Registers you for a shoot or league in your chosen competition class.
- Pay entry fee— Opens a secure checkout for an event's entry fee, once registered.
Communications

- Publish now— Controls whether a News post goes live immediately or is saved unpublished.
- Post— Saves a News post from the title, body, visibility, and Publish now fields above it.
- Also send as a text message— Adds SMS delivery to a Communications message, on top of email.
- I’ve reviewed this message— A required confirmation before “Send now” becomes clickable.
- Save draft— Saves a Communications message without sending it.
- Send now— Sends the Communications message to everyone opted in, by email and/or text.
- Add contact— Manually adds someone to the update-subscribers list, separate from your member roster.
- Use your own Twilio account instead?— Opens the form to connect your club's own Twilio number, overriding the shared one.
- Remove— Deletes someone from the update-subscribers list entirely.
