“Show on the My Archery Club calendar” checkbox

Step by step

1. From Events, click Scores & standings on the shoot or league you want to change.
2. At the very top of that event’s admin desk, find Show on the My Archery Club calendar.
3. If it’s already checked, the event is listed on the sitewide My Archery Club calendar, alongside every other club’s public events.
4. Uncheck it to remove the event from that shared calendar — it stays fully visible on your own club’s site, this only affects the sitewide listing.
5. Check it again any time to re-add it.

The change takes effect the moment you click it — there’s no separate save button for this one. Note it’s disabled (and always unchecked) for a Members only event, since a private event can never appear on the shared public calendar.
