Running a shoot: registration, scorecards, and the photo reader

Open a shoot from Events → Scores & standings to reach its desk.

1. The Test your event’s scorecards tool lets you try up to 3 sample photos before the event — take a photo or choose from your library, and compare the AI reading against the handwritten total. Tests don’t enter scores or affect standings, so it’s safe to experiment.
2. Adjust which classes this specific event offers, if needed, right below that.
3. Register someone directly — search an existing signup or type in a walk-up shooter’s details and pick their class.
4. Enter a scorecard — pick the shooter and class, then enter a total or go arrow-by-arrow. A real scorecard photo works the same way the test tool previewed.
5. The roster at the bottom is tabbed by class, showing who’s registered and their score once entered — that’s also where standings rank once more than one shooter has a score.

The Show on the My Archery Club calendar checkbox at the top controls whether a public event is also listed on the sitewide calendar alongside every other club’s public events — uncheck it to keep an event visible only on your own site.
