“Create club” button

Step by step

1. Sign in, then go to myarcheryclub.com/create-club. The form is five short steps, with a progress bar showing how many are left.
2. Step 1 — Your club: fill in your Club name. The Web address is filled in from it automatically, or type your own. Optionally add a Tagline, then click Next.
3. Step 2 — Where you shoot: choose We have a place we shoot and fill in the Street address, City, State, and ZIP, then press Find (or pick your street from the suggestions, or click the map to drop a pin). No fixed location, like a statewide club? Choose No physical location and just pick your state. Optionally add Directions and pick your Time zone, then click Next.
4. Step 3 — Look & feel: pick a theme or custom colors (see the theme-card and color entries below), then click Next.
5. Step 4 — Getting paid: optionally enter your Venmo username and/or Cash App $cashtag, then click Next. Skip it if you’ll collect payments in person.
6. Step 5 — Review & create: check the summary (use Edit beside any line to go back), then click Create club.
7. Your club’s site is created immediately at the web address you chose, and you land on a short setup checklist as its owner.

You can’t move past step 1 without a name and an available web address, or past step 2 without a location. Everything else — including a logo, fine-tuned colors, and QR codes for Venmo/Cash App — can be added later from Settings, so don’t worry about getting it perfect here. Card payments through Stripe are connected from Settings after your club exists, once they’re available.
