Managing your platform billing

Billing is your club’s own subscription to My Archery Club — not to be confused with member dues (that’s Plans). Only the owner can see this section.

Every new club starts with a 3-month free trial — everything is included and no card is needed. A banner at the top of the officer desk counts down the days left, and we email the owner at 14 days, at 3 days, and when the trial ends.

To keep going, the owner chooses Subscribe monthly or Subscribe yearly on this page. Subscribing early keeps your remaining free days — you aren’t charged until the trial would have ended.

If the trial ends and the club hasn’t subscribed, the public website stays online for visitors, but the officer desk is locked until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
