Setting up Venmo and Cash App

Also in the Payments section of Settings, below Stripe:

1. Enter your Venmo username and/or Cash App $cashtag.
2. Upload a QR code for each — members see a scannable code and a direct link at checkout, no app-searching required.
3. Click Save. After a member pays, an officer marks it received from Members (for dues) or the event’s admin desk (for an entry fee), choosing Venmo, Cash App, or cash as the method.

This works immediately, with no approval process — a good option while Stripe isn’t yet available for your club, or permanently if you’d rather avoid card processing fees.
