“Create event” button

Step by step

1. Go to yourclub.myarcheryclub.com/admin/events.
2. Find the “Create a shoot” column.
3. Enter the shoot’s Name.
4. Enter an Address — short and web-friendly, since it’s used to build the event’s public web address (URL).
5. Set the Date & time.
6. Set the Entry fee (0 for free).
7. Choose Visibility — Public or Members only.
8. Under Classes, check at least one competition class. Leaving every class unchecked will block creation.
9. Choose the scoring Format, and set targets/rounds as prompted.
10. Click Create event at the bottom of the column.
11. The new shoot appears immediately in the events list above the form.

If you set Visibility to Public, the shoot is live on your club’s public site right away, with its own event page members can find and register from.
