“Also send as a text message” checkbox

Step by step

1. Go to yourclub.myarcheryclub.com/admin/communications.
2. Start composing in “New update” — fill in Subject and Message.
3. Below the Message field, check Also send as a text message.
4. Continue composing, then use Save draft or Send now as normal (see below).

Checking this adds SMS delivery on top of email — but only to the subset of your recipients who’ve specifically opted into texts, not everyone who receives the email. No extra setup is required to use this; texting works automatically through the shared My Archery Club phone number.
