Connecting Stripe for card payments
The Payments section at the bottom of Settings is where you connect Stripe.
- Click Connect Stripe and complete Stripe’s guided onboarding (business details and a bank account) — this happens on Stripe’s own site, not ours.
- Once approved, paid Join and registration flows automatically redirect members to a secure checkout instead of the offline “pay the club directly” message.
- Your club is the merchant of record — funds land in your bank on Stripe’s normal payout schedule, and any disputes or refunds are handled from your own Stripe dashboard.
Card payments aren’t available for every club yet. Until Stripe is connectable for yours, dues and entry fees stay offline and are confirmed by an officer — see Setting up Venmo/CashApp in the meantime.
