“Publish now” checkbox

Step by step

1. Go to yourclub.myarcheryclub.com/admin/announcements (News).
2. Start writing a post — Title, Body, and Visibility.
3. Look at Publish now — it’s checked by default.
4. Leave it checked if you want the post to go live the moment you click Post.
5. Uncheck it if you’re writing something ahead of time and don’t want it public yet — it saves without appearing on your site.
6. When you’re ready to publish it later, open the post again from the News list, check Publish now, and save.
