Delete your account

You can delete your My Archery Club account at any time, from the website or the app.

How to delete it

1. Sign in, then open Your account (in the app, tap Account in the menu).
2. Scroll to Delete account, enter your password if asked, and type DELETE.
3. Tap Delete my account. It happens right away.

Can’t sign in? Email myarcheryclubok@gmail.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in email, name and password.
• Your member profiles at every club: phone, address, birth year and shooting preferences.
• Your practice rounds and personal bests.
• Your classified listings and your places on email and text update lists.

What stays

Records that belong to a club stay with that club, with your name replaced by “Deleted user”: official shoot results, forum posts, and membership and payment history the club needs for its books. Payment records may also be kept where the law requires it.

If you run a club

If you’re the only owner of a club, make someone else an owner first, or contact us to close the club. Otherwise the club would be left with nobody in charge.
