Boy it has been a heck of a year.

Lots of innovations, lots of fun stuff that was done and lots of new friends made and met.

We hope everyone enjoyed the Triple Crown, and wish to thank the participating ranges and all their hard work. We also wish to thank all the volunteers and shooters for showing up to help and participate in a fast growing sport. I believe archery is on the rise with the advent of many new bow companies and their having a hard time keeping up with the demand of their products.

My sincerest hopes for everyone is that they either learned something, bettered their shooting and most important made new friends and bow buddies. We also hope the best for the surrounding clubs and hope they all grow and have great ranges and new ideas for an exiciting 3D season next year.

Looking to the future , I have seen some promising new youngsters beginning to emerge as witnessed by their scores. Remember archery only grows when we help each other and gain new participants.

My suggestion is to bring someone who has never shot a 3D round and buy their first. This will not only make us great ambassadors to the sport, but gain new fans of our sport. If you have children, it is almost never too early to get them shooting. I believe it is better to have them with Dad and Mom on the range then in the house or running the streets.

Good luck to everyone on the pcoming indoor season and best wishes to all the hunters. Now get out there and make memories!
